Who can apply?
Students from any country can apply. Naturally, you will need to
fulfil the visa regulations and entrance requirements of your chosen
program.
How do I enroll?
Even though you may during your chosen course of study attend several
different institutions in different countries, your initial enquiry
should be made through the AAEC.
How do I apply?
Applications for consideration can be made electronically (see application
page) or by fax or mail. To submit your application form by mail
or fax, print the form from this web site, answer the questions
by hand and send your completed form to the AAEC as per the fax
or mail addresses at the top of the
application form.
What are the fees?
The fees vary depending on the course, the
country, and the time each student
takes to complete their full course of study. The fees for each
course are listed under each course (see Study
Programs).
Who do I pay fees to?
Upon acceptance into a course your fees will be paid to the AAEC.
The AAEC will arrange your enrollment with your starting institution
and the payment of fees to that institution.
How many places can I study in?
Different courses involve different institutions at various stages
of the course. Some courses offer the opportunity to study in Australia
and America. For example; you are able to choose four different
locations to study the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) part
of most courses. These places include Melbourne, Perth or Toowoomba
in Australia, and Seattle in America.
How do I change from institution to institution
and country to country?
Academic arrangements to change from one institution to another
in the same country, or from country to country, will be managed
by the AAEC. The cost for this service is included in the fees charged
by the educational institutions involved. However, students need
to arrange their own visas to move between countries and to pay
their own travel, accommodation, living and travel- associated fees
and taxes.
How do I resolve any difficulties?
Any queries or difficulties you experience which have not been satisfactorily
resolved by the institution you are attending can be referred to
the AAEC, which will assist you with your concerns.
